Do you work with insurance and what are the fees?

​I am currently not affiliated with Dutch Healthcare Providers. Most International
Insurance providers will reimburse the costs incurred for your therapy. To see if
therapy will be covered by your International Insurance, as well as how many
sessions, please consult the conditions of your medical plan or contact your
Insurance Provider. This is a cash practice and all bills will need to be settled
directly, following which you can claim from your medical aid.
Please note: A prescription from a medical doctor may be required to get
reimbursement. Please contact your Insurance to check all the details!

Individual 50 minute session €100
Students 50 minute session (Limited number) €70
Couples  60 minutes session €120
Couples 90 minutes session €160
Coaching 60 minute session €100
EMDR therapy 60 minute session €100
EMDR therapy 90 minute session €130

Cancelation policy

Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the session.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
Couple sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.

As a therapist, I am affiliated with the VIT (Association of Integral Therapists) and my individual registration number is 920.24.A. I am also a member of the NIP (Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen) with a member number 236528.

The practice is registered with the name Emobalance with the national information center of health insurers, Vektis, and included in the General Data Management of Healthcare Providers, AGBZ, with the personal AGB code  90115858 and the practice AGB code is  90092373.
The practice is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the name Emobalance with the Chamber of Commerce number: 85189189

If you are dissatisfied and we cannot resolve it together, you can appeal to a complaints officer as prescribed in the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). Following this law, I am also affiliated with the SCAG dispute committee under the number 22154.
